Greedy Hen have been inspiring me for a number of years now - especially with their lo-fi aesthetic collage work.
Here is a piece clearly inspired by their work.
A couple of weeks ago I decided to make more figurative-based collages/photo montages. They remind me of Terry Gilliam's work for Monty Python, another significant influence on my work.

Flowers, inspired by Amy Merrick.
After coming across the floral styling of Amy Merrick and her beautiful accompanying photographs, I began to do some illustrations. As frequently happens, I then created a pattern.

Magenta Shrigley Jeffers.
I have been inspired by Emma Magenta’s work for a while now,
especially after seeing her Phillipa Finch animation series. More recently, I
have been similarly inspired by the work of David Shrigley after buying one of
his ‘Exam Time, Pray for Brains’ cards. A couple of weeks ago I then came
across the work of Oliver Jeffers and the influence of all three illustrators
came through in this little series of drawings.

Textures.
Recently I have been experimenting with brushes and opacity
to create different appearances of ‘texture’ and pattern.
Here are five examples.

Geometric forms and patterns.
I have long been interested in drawing geometric forms and
exploring colour and tones while doing so.
Here is one such shape.
A line of alternate colour combinations.
A pattern of these five.
I also experimented with yellow and magenta tones and shape
combinations in collage form before making this.
From which I created ‘bunting’.
